La’Quan Beazer

La’Quan Beazer is currently the HR DEI and Talent Development Manager at Goodwill of the Heartland. Prior to this role, La’Quan held positions at Target as a Specialty Sales Team Leader and General Merchandise Team Leader and at Panera Bread as an Assistant Manager and Trainer/Shift Supervisor. With a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Arizona State University and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Kirkwood Community College, La’Quan has a strong educational background to complement their professional expertise in HR, DEI, learning, and talent development.
