Craig Kalhagen

Craig Kalhagen has extensive experience in employer engagement and business development, currently serving as an Employer Engagement Specialist at Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont since July 2012. In this role, Craig strategically cultivates partnerships with employers, aligning talent needs with the organization’s mission. Previous positions at Goodwill included roles as a Business Development Representative and Employment Specialist, where skills in identifying and closing skills gaps were developed. Craig's earlier experience includes work in the media as a Sports/Traffic Anchor and Producer, as well as involvement in nonprofit organizations and internships in athletic communications. Craig holds a B.A. in Journalism & Mass Communication from the University of Minnesota.
