Leah Campbell is an experienced management professional with a strong background in retail and social services. Currently serving as the Manager of Centralized Intake and Basic Needs Fulfillment at Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont since March 2017, Leah was recognized as Mission Manager of the Year in 2017. Prior to this role, Leah excelled at Forever 21, achieving three internal promotions from Store Associate to Co-manager, where skills in inventory supervision, merchandising, and customer service were developed. Leah's earlier experience includes serving as Lead Counselor at Dominion Youth Services, providing therapeutic interventions for children and adolescents facing severe emotional and behavioral challenges. Leah began their career as Store Manager at Abercrombie & Fitch, overseeing daily store operations and staff recruitment while promoting diversity. Leah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from Kentucky Christian University, completed in 2006.
