Elyse Sheare

Elyse Sheare currently holds the position of Vice President of Strategic Communications and Marketing at Goodwill Industries Ontario Great Lakes and serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at Pillar Nonprofit Network, where leadership in governance and advocacy for equity and inclusion is emphasized. Additionally, Elyse is an Executive in Residence at Ivey Business School, contributing expertise to the Master of Management – Analytics program. With a seasoned background in marketing communications, business strategy, and operational leadership, Elyse has held various high-level roles, including Vice President of Marketing Communications at YMCA of Southwestern Ontario and significant positions at Sears Canada, where strategic oversight and financial modeling were key responsibilities. Academically, Elyse earned a Master of Business Administration from Ivey Business School.
