Derek Arnold

Derek Arnold is a seasoned professional in workforce development with extensive experience in supporting individuals with disabilities. Currently serving as the Director of Workforce Programs at Goodwill Industries-Suncoast, Inc. since June 2009, Derek supervises teams dedicated to facilitating successful employment for individuals in Marion, Pinellas, and Polk counties. With a background that includes roles such as Manager of Community Employment Initiatives and Regional Manager of Life Skills Programs, Derek has built an effective Employment Services Program through collaboration with Vocational Rehabilitation and the Agency for Persons with Disabilities. Prior experience includes directing the Adult Day Training Program at Community Links, Inc., and involvement in the ACT Program at Lapeer County Community Mental Health. Derek holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Springfield College and has pursued education at the University of Michigan-Flint.
