Alison McGilchrist has extensive experience in various leadership positions. Alison is currently serving as the Vice President of Marketing and Development at Goodwill of Colorado. Prior to this, they worked at World Vision International as a Senior Advisor for Initiative Adoption and later as the Marketing Innovation Director. In these roles, they led global innovation initiatives and identified opportunities for disruptive innovation. Before joining World Vision, Alison was the Senior Director of Global Marketing Development at Compassion International. Alison also served as the Director of Operations and Chief of Staff at Metro Events. Overall, Alison has a strong background in marketing, development, and operations.
Alison McGilchrist holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with an Emphasis in Communications from Westmont College. Alison has also obtained additional certifications in "Building a Product from Scratch" from LinkedIn in 2022 and in the "Great Manager Program" from Gallup in 2012.
