Lawrence Shea

Lawrence Shea has a diverse work experience in operations and management roles. Lawrence is currently the Director of Operations at Goodwill of Colorado since June 2019. Prior to that, they held the same position at Discover Goodwill of Southern and Western Colorado starting from March 2014. From 2010 to 2013, Lawrence worked as an Operations Manager at Waste Connections, Inc. Lawrence also served in the US Army, where they held the position of Deputy Commander Provincial Reconstruction Team from August 2011 to November 2012. Additionally, Lawrence worked at DHL as a District Manager from 1997 to 2009. Lawrence also held leadership positions in the US Army and worked as a District Manager for AIRBORNE EXPRESS. Lawrence began their career in Operations Management at Roadway Express from 1991 to 1995.

Lawrence Shea obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Idaho between 1985 and 1990.
