Chelsea Paulsen

Chelsea Paulsen is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in educational support and program coordination. Currently serving as an Apprenticeship Program Coordinator and Student Success Specialist at Renton Technical College since January 2018, Chelsea has also played a vital role as an Educational Access Program Case Manager at Goodwill of the Olympics & Rainier Region since December 2016. Previous roles include Behavior Intervention and Support Specialist at Service Alternatives, Inc., and Academic Coach at Gravity Learning Center. Chelsea's experience encompasses supporting students with diverse needs, facilitating academic success, and promoting effective communication skills. Chelsea holds a Master's in Education focused on Social Emotional Learning from the University of Washington Tacoma and a Bachelor's of Arts in Communication from Pacific Lutheran University.
