Heather Little

Heather Little has over a decade of experience in community support and vocational services. Since February 2019, Heather has served as the Vocational Manager of Career Hub Services & Initiatives at Goodwill of the Olympics & Rainier Region, focusing on helping the community achieve financial stability and personal success. Previously, from June 2011 to February 2019, Heather held multiple roles at South Sound Outreach, including VITA Coordinator, Programs Coordinator, and Social Worker, where responsibilities included leading the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program and coordinating the Statewide Health Insurance Benefit Advisors. Heather began education at Bates Technical College from 1996 to 1998, laying a foundation for a dedicated career in social and community services.
