Cindy Peterson

Cindy Peterson, MS, is an experienced professional currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator and Senior Career Center Coach at Goodwill of Western and Northern Connecticut, Inc. since October 2017. In addition, Cindy has been a Justice of the Peace for the Burrough of Naugatuck since January 2013, officiating weddings. Previous roles include Holistic Practitioner at The Golden Balance, where services were provided to promote overall wellness, and Quality Assurance Coach/Trainer at Community Solutions, Inc., supporting various treatment facilities. Cindy's early career included work as a Clinician for youth programs at CT Renaissance, Inc., and experience in individual and family therapy. Cindy holds a Master of Science in Forensic Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Investigative Services from the University of New Haven.
