Karen Altenhofen

Karen Altenhofen has extensive experience in workforce development and management, currently serving as the Director of Workforce Development at Goodwill of Western Missouri & Eastern Kansas since May 2016. Prior roles at Goodwill include Workforce Development Manager, Project & Contract Manager, and Employment Services Manager. Previously, Karen held the position of Director of Contact Center Operations/Special Projects at USA800, Inc. from October 2012 to December 2015. Academically, Karen Altenhofen holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Kansas.
