Kelly Garrett is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Goodwill of Western Missouri & Eastern Kansas. During their time at Save-A-Lot, Kelly developed the Midwest market for new stores, including identifying sites, performing operational analysis, and interviewing potential owners. The region they were responsible for ended up being the top performing region in the company for revenue and forecast for wholesale and retail sales, +3% YOY and $70 million in EBITA. Kelly established key partnerships with team and retail partners to maximize sales with key marketing, wholesale, and retail programs. Additionally, Kelly established top performing team members in key markets to build trust and maximize performance across stores.

When the company switched to a new demographically based five-region structure, Kelly assisted in interviewing and hiring over 40 members placement across the country. Kelly also established reporting and reviewing of performance of KPIs, which allowed the partner owners to see improved performance. Lastly, they generated over $50 million in wholesale from incremental sales, an increase from the previous average of $20-$25 million annually.

Kelly Garrett holds a BA in Accounting from Simpson College.
