Kimberly Manley-Perkins

Kimberly Manley-Perkins is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in both for-profit and non-profit sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Goodwill North Central Texas since October 2018. With a strong background in team development, strategic workforce planning, and employee relations, Kimberly has managed multi-state operations involving up to 800 employees. Previously, as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at National Community Renaissance, Kimberly focused on recruiting and retaining talent within the affordable housing sector. Early career achievements include serving as Human Resource Manager at California Scents, where Kimberly enhanced organizational excellence through dedicated HR processes. Kimberly holds a degree in Communications from Northern Illinois University and a Human Resources certificate from California State University, Fullerton, complemented by participation in the Leadership Fort Worth program, graduating in the class of 2022.
