Hyung-il Lee is a highly experienced Senior Scientist/Manager-Bioconjugation with a strong background in purifying proteins for X-ray Crystallography and setting crystallization conditions for proteins. Lee has held significant positions at various biotechnology companies, developing GMP purification processes for proteins involved in anti-cancer/anti-viral activities. Lee has also developed purification protocols for monoclonal antibodies and their fusion proteins, as well as analyzed glycosylation patterns in antibodies and TCRs. Additionally, Lee has experience in protein modification, characterization, and functional biochemical analysis.
