Josh Barnes

Josh Barnes has extensive experience in community management, having worked at Goodwin & Company and Goodwin Management since April 2010. Prior to their community management roles, Josh served as a Field Engineer at Robins & Morton. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of North Florida and an Associate of Arts in Construction Management from Hillsborough Community College. Additionally, Josh served as a Member of the Board at Indian Harbor POA, a self-managed, gated community of over 2,000 homes.
