Tami Andres is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Goodwin & Company. Prior to this role, Tami held various leadership positions in human resources at Easter Seals Central Texas and Benefits Design, Inc. Tami also served as VP of Programs and VP of Conference at the Austin Human Resource Management Association. Andres has a background in administration and personnel management, with experience dating back to their time at the Kootenai County Sheriff's Department/Region I Juvenile Detention Center. Tami is an alumna of Eastern Washington University, Spokane Falls Community College, and Kellogg High School.
