Xan Smith

Xan Smith became the Chief Financial Officer of Goodwin House Incorporated in August, 2021. He leads the financial planning of GHI with more than two decades of senior living, healthcare and investment banking experience. Xan is passionate about creating strategic and transparent financial operations that strengthen the organization’s ability to serve those in need. He has been drawn to non-profit organizations that align with his values to give back and help people. Before joining Goodwin House, Xan served on numerous state-level nonprofit boards of health care and children’s services companies. He also worked for two notable senior living organizations. Xan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management with an emphasis in Accounting/Finance from Wittenberg University.
