Megan Cliff

Megan Cliff has a diverse range of work experience in the field of sports and partnerships. Megan has worked as a Partnership Manager at The Goodwood Group since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Partnership Executive at 1851 Trust from 2021 to 2022, where they secured partnership development opportunities and managed impactful partnerships. From 2017 to 2021, Megan served as a Lions Youth Ambassador at The British & Irish Lions, collaborating with sporting bodies to address global issues and presenting findings to the board. Megan also worked as a Programme Manager and Junior Programme Manager at SportInspired in 2020 and 2021, respectively, managing client relationships and supporting the delivery of community-based programs. Megan was a Project Communications Officer at Cycling UK in 2019, where they supported behavior change and generated stakeholder funding. Megan served on the National Youth Council of the Rugby Football Union from 2016 to 2019, focusing on volunteer engagement and retention. Megan also worked as a Sports Development Assistant at Imperial College London in 2018, designing and implementing a mental health intervention for staff and students. Megan was a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Rugby Coordinator at Cardiff Metropolitan University from 2017 to 2018, coaching high-performance athletes and managing student engagement.
