Victoria Merrick

Victoria Merrick began their work experience in 2016 as a Front of House Staff at Cobbles and Clay The Art Cafe, where they worked until February 2019. Following this, they joined Hollister Co. as a Stock Assistant from June 2019 to August 2021. In August 2021, Victoria joined F1 Feeder Series as a Writer and Social Media Manager, a role they held until July 2022. From September 2021 to July 2022, they also worked as a Social Media Editor at THE SPORTS GAZETTE LTD. Currently, Victoria is working as a Social Media Executive at The Goodwood Group, starting in July 2022.

Victoria Merrick completed their high school education at Bingley Grammar School from 2011 to 2016, focusing on GCSE subjects. Victoria then attended Craven College from 2016 to 2018, where they obtained a BTEC - Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sports Studies. Following that, they attended Leeds Beckett University from 2018 to 2021, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sport and Exercise Science. Currently, Victoria is pursuing a Master of Arts (MA) degree in International Sport Journalism at St Mary's University, Twickenham, starting in 2021 and expected to finish in 2022.

Victoria Merrick also holds several additional certifications. In September 2017, they obtained a Level 2 Fitness Instructor certification from VTCT and a Sport Leaders UK Level 2 Qualification in Community Sport Leadership from Sport Leader UK. In October 2020, they obtained a certification in Eating Disorder in Athletes from Loughborough University. Lastly, in January 2021, Victoria became a UKAD Anti Doping Advisor certified by UK Sport.
