Anish Gorantiwar

Anish Gorantiwar is a vehicle dynamics engineer at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since August 2023, following a role as a Graduate Student Research Assistant at the Center for Tire Research (CenTiRe) from August 2018 to August 2023, focusing on improved vehicle dynamics sensing during cornering. Anish's previous experience includes a performance science internship at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Virginia Tech for courses in physics and vibrations. Anish began a career with an internship at the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), leading research on unmanned aerial and ground vehicles, and another at Flashpoint Equipment Private Limited, studying quality inspection processes. Anish holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
