Craig Chaplin

Craig Chaplin is an accomplished District Manager with extensive experience in the retail and automotive service sectors. Currently leading a team at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, Craig oversees 17 Auto Service Centers in Western New York. Previously, Craig served as an Adjunct Business Instructor at National American University, where numerous business courses were taught, and held district management roles at Build-A-Bear Workshop, AutoZone, Goodyear Tire & Rubber, Hollywood Video, and Famous Footwear. With a strong foundation in business administration and finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and an Executive MBA from the University of St. Thomas, Craig has a proven track record of driving operational improvements, sales growth, and team development.
