Maricel Rullan

Maricel Rullan is an experienced finance and procurement professional with a progressive career at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, currently serving as Global Business Services Controller since January 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Business Process Excellence Lead for the EMEA region at Goodyear Commercial Tyres UK and Procurement Operations Manager at Goodyear, where Maricel successfully launched a procurement shared service operation in Manila. Earlier experience at Chevron involved leading procurement and supply chain management teams and implementing SOX controls, achieving significant optimizations and satisfactory audit ratings. Maricel has a strong educational background, including an MBA from Ateneo Graduate School of Business and a BS in Accountancy from Wesleyan University - Philippines, complemented by CIMA certification.
