Elaine Li

Elaine Li is currently a Strategy & Operations Lead at Google, leveraging their extensive experience in international development and strategy management. Previously, they worked as a Team Manager at USAID and held various roles, including Research Consultant at The Economist Intelligence Unit and intern positions at the U.S. Department of State and the White House Initiative on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders. Elaine holds a Master of Public Policy from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University. They also completed exchange programs at Ocean University of China and Peking University.
