Elizabeth Strong

Elizabeth Strong has extensive experience in human resources and industrial relations, having held various advisory and managerial roles across notable organizations. Notable positions include Adviser People Relations at Jetstar Airways, Workplace Relations Adviser at the Restaurant & Catering Industry Association of NSW, and multiple roles at Qantas including Adviser Industrial Relations through a graduate program. Strong progressed to senior positions such as Global Director Human Capital at NMG Group and currently serves as a People Partner at Google since November 2021. Academic qualifications include a First Class Honours degree in Economics & Social Science from the University of Sydney and a Global MBA from the University of Durham.
