Josh Narva

Josh Narva is a seasoned talent advisor with extensive experience in human resources and recruiting across various industries. Currently serving as a Talent Advisor in the Office of the CEO at Google since December 2020, Josh previously held significant roles at Sonos, Inc., including Global Head of Talent, Global Head of Recruiting, and Director of Executive Recruiting from September 2011 to December 2020. Earlier in Josh's career, positions included Vice President of People at Mark Logic Corporation and Director of Recruiting at Harmonic Communications, where contributions began as the first non-founder hire. Additional roles include Associate in the Technology Practice at Heidrick & Struggles and Research Analyst at McDermott, Will & Emery, with an early internship at the Institute for Social and Economic Policy in the Middle East. Josh holds a BA (honors) in Government & Law from Lafayette College.
