Karina Govindji

Karina Govindji is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion across multiple prestigious organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director for Global Workforce Diversity at Google, Karina has held significant roles at the company, including Senior Director for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for EMEA, Latin America, and Canada, as well as Director for the same areas. Previously, Karina was the Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Vodafone and held various positions at Gallup, including Managing Consultant and Senior Client Services Manager. Karina's career began with the Kingfisher Group through its Management Development Scheme. Educationally, Karina holds a BA Hons in Social and Political Science from the University of Cambridge, earned between 1995 and 1998, and an International Baccalaureate from Marymount International School London, completed in 1995.
