Ruchita Poddar

Ruchita Poddar is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in leading strategic initiatives at prominent technology companies. Currently serving as Creator Business Development at Amazon since July 2024, Ruchita previously held various key roles at Google from July 2011 to the present, including Head of Monetization Partnerships for Hardware & Services, where leadership of a business development team focused on global partnerships for products like Nest and Pixel was executed. Additional roles at Google included Head of Smart Home Partnerships, responsible for integrating IoT devices with Google Assistant, and Strategic Partner Lead for Google Ad Manager, managing partnerships with major travel companies. Prior experience includes Head of Product at Boxed and a consulting role at The Boston Consulting Group. Ruchita holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an Economics degree from Yale University.
