Shanu Ahluwalia Vij

Shanu Ahluwalia Vij is an accomplished program manager with extensive experience in media and education. Currently serving as the India Program Manager Lead for Apprenticeships and Education for Social Impact at Google since July 2019, Shanu leads strategic initiatives with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and risk management. Prior to this role, Shanu was the Scaled-Spaces Program Manager at YouTube, managing creator skilling through innovative events and workshops across South Asia. With a strong background in content production, Shanu held various senior positions at NDTV and Grasshopper Media, where responsibilities included overseeing video production, managing finances, and enhancing audience engagement. Shanu's educational credentials include a B.A. in History from Lady Shri Ram College and an M.A. in Mass Communication from the National Institute of Mass Communication, along with additional certifications in digital marketing and online advertising.
