Shelmi Liang

Shelmi Liang, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Workforce Architecture Operations Manager at Google since October 2024. Prior to this role, Shelmi held positions such as Head of People Operations at Palmstreet, where foundational HR and People programs were established to support rapid growth in North America and Asia, and Senior Program Manager in Workforce Planning and People Operations at Lucid Motors, focusing on strategic HR initiatives and workforce planning. Additional experience includes leading People Operations at Gabi and LaneOne, handling comprehensive employee lifecycle management, and operational roles at Applauze App and Market Motive. Shelmi obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Management Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
