Usha's previous roles include Senior Director of Talent Acquisition for Nutanix in the APAC region, VP of Recruitment for Paytm, and Head of Talent Acquisition for ServiceNow in Asia Pacific and Japan, where Usha was instrumental in shaping global recruitment strategies. Usha's extensive experience also includes positions at LinkedIn, Adobe Systems, Oracle Financial Services, Deutsche Bank Operations International, and Theron International, with a focus on technology and consulting sectors. Usha holds an MBA in Human Resources from Christ University, Bangalore, and a BBM in Finance, supplemented by foundational education in sciences and secondary education.
