Huong Pham

Huong Pham's work experience includes serving as the Head of Customer Operations at Goose since 2023. Previously, they worked at Tock as the Director of Account Management from 2021 to 2023, and as an Associate Director, Account Management from 2020 to 2021. Before that, they held the position of Account Manager from 2018 to 2020, and Hospitality Manager from 2017 to 2018 at Tock. Huong also worked as a Team Lead at Kitchfix from 2015 to 2017. In addition, they served as a DEA Contractor, On-Site Team Lead at XLA from 2012 to 2013, and as an English Teacher for the Peace Corps from 2011 to 2012. Their earlier experience includes working as a DEA Contractor at ALON from 2010 to 2011.

Huong Pham earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Music and Psychology from the University of Virginia, where they attended from 2006 to 2010.
