Currently serving as an Agency Executive at Goosehead Insurance Agency since November 2024, Ryan delivers tailored insurance solutions and fosters strategic partnerships to drive mutual growth. Previously, Ryan held the role of Chief of Staff at Edible Brands, collaborating with executive leadership to execute strategic initiatives and optimize organizational processes. Prior to that, Ryan served as Chief of Staff to Horst Schulze, focused on driving organizational excellence and enhancing customer experiences. Additionally, Ryan was the Vice President of Marketing & Strategy Support at Frazier & Deeter, LLC, and the Vice President of Brand Expansion at Arch + Tower, managing growth strategies and key client relationships.
