Faisal Ahmad

Faisal Ahmad currently serves as Executive Director and Agency MBS Trader at Santander US since June 2022. Prior to this role, Faisal worked at Citi from August 2015 to May 2022 as a Trader in Agency MBS Specified Pools Trading and as a Quant in Credit Algo Trading, focusing on US Credit Markets. Additional experience includes serving as Manager of Commercial Data Science at American Express, with a previous graduate internship at the company, and a role in Fixed Income Portfolio Analytics at BlackRock. Faisal also interned in Strategic Asset Allocation at UBS Wealth Management and worked as a Research Assistant at the National Science Foundation, where research focused on mathematical modeling of hydrodynamics. Faisal holds a Master of Science in Operations Research from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
