Making a difference and helping people reach their potential is one of my main goals working in HR. I’m a Psychologist with a Human Resources and Organizational Development Master's degree; I count with six years of experience in wellbeing, development, recruitment, staffing, and CSR.
Amongst the abilities I have mastered are, designing and analyzing Key Performance Indicators so informed decisions are made. Designing and executing wellbeing programs for employees, ensuring an adequate supplier, and process management. Partnering with leaders so an effective and assertive team development and management occur within each team. Leading and conducting disciplinary processes, ensuring a transparent effective process. Finally, leading and executing CSR projects involving employees in the different stages they are required.
