Patrick Krause currently serves as Managing Director and Director of Governance and Economic Development at GOPA Worldwide Consultants since April 2014. Prior experience includes roles at EPOS Health Management from October 2000 to March 2014, where Patrick held positions such as Deputy Managing Director and Programme Co-Director for EU-funded projects, and Senior Consultant. Earlier experience at Zentrum für Entwicklungsforschung involved research on health financing models and the Indian health sector, while work with Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit included consulting on poverty alleviation projects and promoting small business development in Latin America. Academic qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Health Systems Management from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, an MSc in Sociology and Development Studies from the London School of Economics, and a Vordiplom in Sociology, Economics, and Political Science from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
