AGNES (Suzie) BEEKMAN-Marshall

Agnes (Suzie) Beekman-Marshall has worked in various roles in the Human Resources and Operations fields since 1992. AGNES (Suzie) began their career at a United States Navy Facility as an EN1 Instructor, where they were a Leadership Trainer and Education and Training Developer. In 2003, they moved to UnitedHealth Group as an Operations Manager Quality. In 2005, they joined American Express as an Operations Manager, where they were responsible for determining call center operational strategies, developing customer interaction and voice response systems, and managing system and process improvement and quality assurance programs. In 2016, they joined Waitr as an Education and Training Coordinator, where they were responsible for brand development, web site traffic growth, web site UI and advertising revenue, and strategic consulting. Finally, in 2019, they joined GophrApp as a Human Resources Director.

Agnes (Suzie) Beekman-Marshall attended Louisiana State University from 1989 to 2017, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Theology and Religious Vocations. AGNES (Suzie) then returned to Louisiana State University from 2000 to 2016, where they obtained a Masters of English, History, and Education in Education.
