Josh Wand has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Josh is the Founder & Motivator in Chief at ForceBrands, a leading recruiting firm in the consumer product industry. At ForceBrands, Josh is responsible for building teams and connecting qualified candidates through various divisions.

In addition, they are a General Partner at The Family Fund & Founder Community, a venture capital firm. Josh utilizes their expansive network and industry expertise to support up-and-coming consumer brands and technology companies.

Josh is also a Co-Founder of PINATA, a company they started in 2016. Furthermore, they serve as a Board Member for Wellfare, contributing their knowledge and insights to guide the organization.

Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Josh held various roles in the sales and distribution sector. Josh served as the Vice President of Sales & Distribution at Sidebar Spirits, LLC from 2002 to 2008. Before that, they worked as the Nevada State Manager for AV Imports and as an Asian Account Specialist at Southern Wine & Spirits.
