Franklin Allen

Franklin Allen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Franklin is currently serving as the Director of Quality & Continuous Improvement at Gorbel Inc. Prior to this, they worked at Rochester Regional Health as a Process Improvement Project Leader, where they designed and improved business processes using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Franklin also served as a Patient Experience Advisor at Press Ganey Associates, supporting patient experience improvement initiatives for healthcare clients. Earlier in their career, Franklin held managerial positions at Highland Hospital of Rochester and Eastman Kodak, where they focused on environmental services and manufacturing operations respectively.
