Alana Sullivan Garcia is a seasoned professional in the field of healthcare construction management, currently serving as Director of Operations for the Gulf Coast at Gordian since August 2017. With a background that includes roles such as Area Manager and Senior Account Manager at Gordian, Alana has adeptly managed high-value projects totaling over $40 million, implementing significant cost-saving measures throughout the construction process.
