Caitlin Bower

Caitlin Bower is currently the Regional Director of Operations at Gordian, a position held since July 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Plant Manager and Production Manager at Baker Hughes from June 2017 to April 2019 and January 2011 to June 2017, respectively, where responsibilities included managing the production of permanent well monitoring technologies within the Intelligent Production Systems (IPS) product line. Caitlin also gained valuable experience as a Supply Chain Professional III at Baker Hughes, where structured training in Purchasing, Finance, Quality, and Manufacturing was completed through project-based rotations. Caitlin holds a degree from Oklahoma State University, earned between 2006 and 2010.
