Jonathan Miller

Jonathan Miller is an accomplished Human Resources leader currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Gordian, where responsibilities include developing a talent roadmap, leading M&A activities, and championing diversity and inclusion initiatives. Previously, Jonathan held the position of Group Vice President HR at Vontier, overseeing HR for the Diagnostics and Repair platform and managing pivotal M&A activities. During tenure at Fortive, Jonathan progressed from Human Resources Director for APAC to Vice President of Global HR, enhancing organizational accountability and culture. Earlier experience includes senior HR roles at Optus and Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, focusing on talent management, operational efficiency, and corporate social responsibility.
