Tomika Rogers

Tomika Rogers has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Tomika has held various leadership roles, including Director of Compliance and Safety at Gordian, Director of Inclusion, Diversity & Compliance, Director of Learning and Development, and Director of Customer Success & Support. Tomika has also worked as a Product Owner, Certified Scrum Master, and QA Manager. Additionally, Tomika has experience as a business owner, having founded a company called Nu Healthy Micro Mart. Prior to that, they worked in real estate and consulting and also held positions at American Credit Acceptance, Computer Sciences Corporation, The South Financial Group, and RBC Insurance.

Tomika Rogers earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Winthrop University in the years 1992 to 1996. Tomika went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management from Southern Wesleyan University, which they completed between 1998 and 2000.

In terms of additional certifications, Tomika obtained the following qualifications: Certified Manager of Software Testing from QAI Global Institute in January 2016, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in March 2016, Customer Experience Management from the Center Of Information Management & Connectivity [CIMIC] - Rutgers University in 2017, and several LinkedIn certifications including Building Trust, Business Law for Managers, Coaching Employees through Difficult Situations, Coaching for Results, Elearning Essentials: Instructional Design, Instructional Design: Creating Video Training, Hiring, Managing, and Separating from Employees, Leading through Relationships, and Why Trust Matters with Rachel Botsman. Tomika also obtained certifications in Inclusive Mindset from LinkedIn, Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University, and OSHA 10 Hour General Industry Outreach from 360training.com, all in the year 2022.
