Emily Volstad

Program Data Analyst, Conservation & Markets at Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation

Emily facilitates grant and portfolio-level data and knowledge management for the Moore Foundation’s Conservation and Markets Initiative.

Prior to joining the foundation, Emily spent over 12 years working at the intersection of corporations and conservation at the Wildlife Habitat Council. While working at WHC, Emily led the development and implementation of the organization’s signature certification program, Conservation Certification, which recognizes voluntary corporate conservation efforts.

Emily received a MSc in zoo conservation biology at the University of Plymouth in the U.K., and a BA in environmental science from Skidmore College.
