Matthew Vo

Matthew Vo is an experienced Sous Chef currently working at Gordon Biersch Brewing Company since March 2015, where responsibilities include managing kitchen budget, purchasing, event planning, and staff development. Previous roles include Sous Chef at Compass Group with a focus on high-volume event catering and menu development, as well as Kitchen Manager at both Sodexo and Butterfly Restaurant San Francisco, where team assignments and safety programs were implemented. Matthew Vo holds a Culinary Degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Ho Chi Minh Culinary and has a solid academic foundation with a high school diploma from Lincoln High School.
