Heather Sipsma

Heather Sipsma currently serves as the Director of the MPH Program and Associate Professor of Public Health at Gordon College, a position held since August 2021. Previous roles include Associate at Analysis Group from February 2019 to March 2021, Assistant Professor of Public Health at Benedictine University between August 2015 and May 2019, and Research Professional at the University of Chicago for a year in 2015. Prior to these appointments, Heather Sipsma worked as an Associate Research Scientist and Consultant at the Global Health Leadership Institute, Yale University, from September 2010 to August 2015 and as an Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Nursing from August 2012 to July 2015. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Epidemiology from the Yale School of Public Health (2006-2010) and a BA in Public Health Studies from The Johns Hopkins University (2000-2004).
