Matt Strain

Matt Strain has a diverse work experience in the field of investment banking and consulting. Matt began their career in 2012 at EY, where they served as a Consultant and later as a Senior Consultant until 2016. In 2015, they also volunteered as a Consultant at TechnoServe. Following this, they joined Lazard in 2017 as an Investment Banking Summer Associate and then transitioned to the role of Investment Banking Associate from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they are working at Gordon Dyal & Co. Advisory Group LP, where they started as an Associate, Investment Banking in 2020 and is currently serving as a Vice President.

Matt Strain completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Commerce (With Distinction) with a specialization in Finance from The University of Calgary between 2008 and 2012.
