Jim Reed has over 30 years of experience in the office technology industry. Jim began their career in 1989 as a Sales Representative at Office Enterprises, where they successfully grew the number of machines-in-field and maintained a high percentage of existing customers. In 1993, they joined Fort Dodge Business Systems as a Sales Manager and built a successful sales team that consistently exceeded company sales goals. In 2012, upon the acquisition of Fort Dodge Business Systems by Marco, Jim transitioned to the role of Sales Manager and was responsible for B2B office technology sales. Jim proactively volunteered for a change in role in 2013 and focused on net-new account development. In 2016, they joined Advanced Systems, Inc as a Sales Representative, specializing in document management solutions and copier/printer/scanners. Jim received the President's Club Award in 2017, 2018, and 2019. Since October 2019, Jim has been working as an Account Executive at the Gordon Flesch Company, the largest independently owned office technology dealership in the Midwest. Jim is proud to carry the Canon line of office products and is ranked as the #1 Canon dealer in the country.

Jim Reed received a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from the University of Iowa between 1985 and 1988. Prior to that, between 1980 and 1984, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Iowa State University.
