Jason Kalinowski

Jason Kalinowski has an extensive background in the culinary industry, starting as an apprentice chef at Shaw Cafe and Wine Bar. Jason later worked their way up to various chef positions at different establishments before transitioning into roles such as Sous Chef and Chef de Partie. Jason eventually pursued a degree in Chef, Culinary Arts from Niagara College. Jason then moved into the marketing and supply chain side of the industry, working as a Marketing Associate and Supply Chain Analyst before landing their current role as Customer Marketing Manager at Gordon Food Service - Canada. Throughout their career, Jason has gained valuable experience in customer solutions, menu development, and food safety training.
