Brad Worth has a diverse work experience. Brad started their career in 1998 as the Director of Operations at TAC Americas, where they worked until 2008. In 2009, they joined Gordon Highlander as a Senior Project Manager, responsible for providing efficient and cost-effective construction and design solutions. Brad worked in that role until 2014. After that, they joined McKinstry as the Director of Operation - South until 2016. Since 2016, Brad has been with Gordon Highlander, initially serving as a member of the Executive Team and currently holding the position of Chief Operations Officer.

Brad Worth earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. In addition to their formal education, Brad also obtained the Procore Certified: Project Manager (Project Management) certification from Procore Technologies in November 2021.
