Richard Greth

Richard Greth started their work experience as a Site Superintendent at Marbur Development in 1998. Richard was responsible for supervising the construction of Kidney Dialysis Clinics in various locations. In 2001, Richard joined Trammell Crow Company as a Project Manager, where they managed over 300 projects totaling more than $80 million for multiple clients. In 2005, they joined Hillwood Investment Properties, a Perot Company, and served as a Development Manager, Project Manager, and Property Manager. During this time, they oversaw the construction of 5 million square feet of industrial shell construction, managed tenant improvements worth $75 million, and handled the property management of 7 million square feet of industrial property. Richard became the Owner of Bear Group, LLC in 2012. Currently, they hold the position of VP Business Development at Gordon Highlander starting from April 2019.

Richard Greth began their education at Trinity in 1978, where they studied for twelve years until 1990. Richard then attended Midland High School from 1990 to 1992. Following this, Richard enrolled at Schreiner University from 1992 to 1994, although they did not earn a degree. Richard completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Management from Texas Tech University between 1994 and 1998.
